I offer Personal Resilience Coaching.

What does resilience mean to you?

To me, resilience is the theme of my entire life - even during the times I definitely did not believe I was being anything of the sort.

We all have our inner coach, even if this aspect’s voice is warped due to stress and survival adaptations.

Our inner coach is well acquainted with our goals, hopes, unique advantages and disadvantages. Our inner coach needs to be fed with resilience practices so we can continue deepening out life-long process of meeting any life circumstance with the faith that we can handle it and come out on the other end safely.

Identifying as a resilient person is simple - it requires you only to have an overview understanding of resilience and how to apply it to your life, and to then regularly draw on these skills in your daily life. This process is called your Resilience Practice.

Your Resilience Practice is a down to earth map that YOU tailor to your needs. It breathes and moves with you as you experiment and your reality changes, and it adjusts to match your authentic goals as they progress and change.
